Job Overview
A Telesales Executive is responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls to sell products or services, generate leads, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to handle customer objections effectively.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Lead Generation
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to generate interest.
Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
2. Customer Interaction & Relationship Management
Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business.
Address customer inquiries and handle objections professionally.
Provide after-sales support and follow up on potential leads.
3. Database Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details in CRM software.
Provide daily/weekly sales reports to the manager.
Analyze call performance and improve sales techniques based on feedback.
4. Handling Objections & Negotiation
Persuade hesitant customers and address their concerns effectively.
Offer tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
Ensure a positive customer experience through professional interaction.
5. Compliance & Quality Assurance
Follow telesales scripts and company guidelines during calls.
Ensure compliance with telemarketing and data privacy regulations.
Maintain call quality and adhere to ethical sales practices.
