Job Description
PROCESS:- IDFC X Sell Sales Process PL, CC, CASA
LOCATION:- Airoli, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra
JOB TYPE:- Full-Time | On-site
ELIGIBILITY :-
Education:- Minimum HSC (12th pass) or Graduate (any stream).
Experience:-
Freshers are welcome
Experienced candidates have 6 months experience in Banking and selling.
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
WORK TIMINGS :-
Fixed Day Shift: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Weekly Off:- Sunday fixed off
SALARY :- Up to 23,000 (based on experience)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :-
Promote and sell banking products like Personal Loans, Credit Cards, and CASA accounts.
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate financial products
Maintain a positive relationship with customers.
Provide accurate reports to the team leader or manager.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Communication Skills:

Clear, confident, and polite verbal communication

Fluency in English and/or local/regional languages as required

Active listening skills with a persuasive and engaging tone
Sales & Negotiation:

Basic understanding of sales techniques and objection handling

Ability to identify customer needs and offer relevant solutions

Resilience to face rejections and keep a positive attitude
Time Management:

Efficiently manage call schedules and follow-up timelines

Maintain a balance between quality and quantity of calls
Tech Savvy:

Familiarity with phone systems, CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, Word)

Ability to quickly learn new software or sales platforms
