Telesales Executive
Job Description
- Acquiring credit card business from in-house and open market clients from various modes available
- Lead generation of customers and closure by tele-calling,
- Checking eligibility, and explaining features and pricing, are required for getting the application
- Application to be complete in line with the policy guidelines and once completed the picked from the client to be submitted to the Processing unit daily.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Cold Calling:

Make outbound calls to generate interest among potential customers.

Identify prospects from existing leads, referrals, cold lists, or marketing campaigns.

Research potential clients before making calls, where possible, to customize approach.
Sales and Conversion:

Clearly communicate the features, benefits, and pricing of products or services.

Convince and influence prospects to make a purchase or book an appointment.

Follow structured scripts when needed, but also think on your feet to personalize conversations.

Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales or lead targets.
Follow-up and Engagement:

Follow up with customers who have shown interest but haven’t converted.

Send follow-up emails, messages, or reminders as needed.

Re-engage with past leads from the database to revive interest.
Customer Relationship Management:

Build rapport and maintain a friendly, professional tone during all interactions.

Handle customer objections patiently and provide satisfactory responses to questions.

Record customer preferences, feedback, and responses for future reference.
CRM and Reporting:

Update call details, status, outcomes, and next actions in the CRM or call tracking tool.

Generate daily reports on call volumes, conversions, and feedback.

Flag urgent leads or high-interest clients to senior team members for follow-up.
Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with the sales team, field executives, or business development personnel to align on goals.

Share valuable customer insights or market feedback with product and marketing teams.

Participate in regular training sessions, workshops, and team meetings.
