Job Description
Conduct outbound calls to real estate professionals to introduce PropHunt ai.
Communicate benefits such as social media lead aggregation, duplicate
listing elimination, and faster closure support.
Convert leads into paying customers and support onboarding.
Fluency in English and Marathi is mandatory. Proficiency in Kannada and Hindi is
preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Sales Calls

Make outbound calls to potential customers from leads provided by the company or self-sourced.

Introduce and explain the features and benefits of products/services in a clear, convincing manner.

Address customer objections and queries using persuasive and consultative selling techniques.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets as assigned by the supervisor.
2. Inbound Inquiry Handling

Receive calls from prospective customers who respond to promotions, advertisements, or digital campaigns.

Listen to customer requirements and provide suitable solutions or product recommendations.

Convert inquiries into confirmed sales or scheduled appointments for further follow-up.
3. Lead Generation and Qualification

Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media platforms (if applicable).

Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and potential for conversion.

Maintain and update the customer database/CRM with accurate information.
4. Follow-Up and Relationship Management
-
Conduct follow-up calls with interested prospects or customers who requested more information.

Build and maintain a good relationship with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve basic concerns.
5. Documentation and Reporting

Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales conversions using spreadsheets or CRM systems.

Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for internal review.

Ensure all documentation, such as invoices, quotations, or order forms, is properly filled and submitted.
6. Collaboration and Coordination

Coordinate with marketing, customer support, or field sales teams for smooth lead management and customer onboarding.

Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on products and selling strategies.

Share customer feedback and market insights with the product and marketing teams.
