Job Description
Previous experience in Any Tele sales/ and Fresher in Tele collection preferred.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction & Sales
-
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote banking products, including credit cards, loans, insurance, and savings plans.

Handle inbound calls from customers seeking information about financial products or services.

Understand customer needs, explain product features, and provide tailored solutions.
-
Follow company-approved scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent customer experience.

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
2. Collection Management
-
Contact customers with outstanding payments and explain repayment options.

Handle difficult conversations professionally, ensuring customers are treated with empathy and respect.

Provide reminders for EMIs, loan repayments, and credit card dues.

Negotiate payment terms wherever necessary while following company policies and compliance guidelines.

Escalate high-risk accounts to the concerned department for further action.
3. Customer Relationship Management
-
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.

Record customer details, preferences, and feedback in the company’s CRM system.

Resolve customer queries promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
-
Follow up on leads to convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
4. Performance & Target Achievement

Work towards achieving sales quotas and collection targets set by the company.

Maintain call quality while ensuring effective conversions.

Monitor individual performance metrics like call volumes, conversion rates, and recovery percentages.

Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
5. Compliance & Process Adherence

Adhere strictly to company policies, banking regulations, and data protection guidelines.

Follow RBI, DSA, and NBFC compliance norms during sales and collection calls.

Avoid misrepresentation of information and maintain complete transparency with customers.

Ensure all documentation and call records are accurate and up to date.
Required Skills & Competencies
1. Core Skills

Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and local languages.

Strong listening ability to understand customer requirements.

Persuasive sales techniques with a customer-centric approach.

Good understanding of banking products, loans, and collections processes.
2. Technical Skills

Basic knowledge of CRM systems, lead management tools, and call tracking software.

Familiarity with MS Office for reporting and maintaining call data.
