Key Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to prospective customers for                    Insurance products , selling credit cards ,personal loan,                     balance transfer , crossell or upsell. • Understand customer needs and suggest suitable product                     options. • Pitch product features, explain offers and close sale • Generate leads, follow up regularly, and convert them                     into sales. • Maintain call logs, lead updates, and CRM entries. • Meet daily/weekly sales targets and conversion ratios. • Handle objections professionally and ensure high                     customer satisfaction.
