Cold colling

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Sales Calling

  • Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers from the provided lead database or through cold calling.

  • Introduce the company’s products or services in a clear and engaging manner to generate interest.

  • Convince customers to buy or subscribe to products/services by highlighting key features and benefits.

  • Follow up with leads and prospective clients to increase conversion rates.

2. Customer Engagement and Relationship Building

  • Build rapport with customers and provide excellent pre-sales support.

  • Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections confidently and positively.

  • Maintain long-term customer relationships through timely communication and updates.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business by addressing their needs effectively.

3. Lead Management and CRM Updates

  • Accurately record all customer interactions, follow-ups, and feedback in CRM tools or Excel sheets.

  • Maintain and update lead information and status regularly for accurate reporting.

  • Share feedback with the sales and marketing teams on lead quality and campaign performance.

4. Sales Target Achievement

  • Meet or exceed individual daily, weekly, and monthly sales call quotas and conversion targets.

  • Work towards achieving company goals related to product penetration, customer acquisition, and revenue generation.

  • Handle sales pressure and respond proactively to challenges in meeting targets.

5. Product Knowledge and Sales Training

  • Gain and maintain deep knowledge of the company’s offerings, pricing, policies, and promotions.

  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.

  • Attend internal training sessions and sales briefings to enhance sales techniques and product understanding.
