Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products or services, explain benefits, answer queries, and persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule a follow-up.
This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to handle objections professionally, and a passion for achieving sales targets. If you're confident, customer-focused, and eager to build a career in sales, we would love to have you on board.
- Outbound Calling: Making calls to potential students to provide information and encourage enrollment.
- Information Provision: Sharing details about college programs, admission requirements, and policies.
- Inquiry Handling: Answering questions and addressing concerns from prospective students and their families.
- Guidance and Support: Assisting students with the application process and enrollment.
- Relationship Building: Acting as a liaison between the college and prospective students.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to explain product details clearly and confidently.

Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM software or spreadsheets.

Good listening skills and the ability to handle rejection positively.

Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for reaching targets.

Fluency in English and/or regional languages as required by the target audience.
