Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, conducting outbound sales calls, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals over the phone. This role demands excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced sales environment.
As a key member of the sales department, the Telesales Executive plays a vital role in promoting the company’s property offerings, providing accurate information to clients, and scheduling property viewings or meetings with field agents. The objective is to convert leads into successful sales or appointments that drive revenue and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Conduct outbound calls to potential buyers, investors, and leads generated through various marketing campaigns.

Use CRM tools and databases to track and manage lead information.

Identify decision-makers and qualify prospects based on pre-defined criteria.

Understand client requirements and match them with available property listings.

Sales Conversion:

Present, promote, and sell real estate products (residential, commercial, or plots) using persuasive sales techniques.

Provide complete and accurate information about project features, amenities, pricing, and payment plans.

Convert inquiries into appointments for property site visits or virtual tours.

Follow up with leads consistently to close deals or move them further through the sales funnel.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Maintain customer records, update CRM databases, and ensure all communication is logged appropriately.

Handle customer objections and provide solutions that address their needs and concerns.

Provide after-sales support and coordinate with field agents or sales managers for further client servicing.

Coordination and Reporting:

Collaborate with the marketing team to understand new campaigns and promotions.

Work closely with field sales agents to ensure appointments are fulfilled and client feedback is collected.

Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead status, call volumes, and sales performance with management.

Achieve or exceed assigned targets for calls made, leads generated, and deals closed.

Market & Product Knowledge:

Stay informed about current real estate market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

Attend training sessions and briefings to stay updated on project developments and company policies.

Be familiar with the legal, financial, and regulatory aspects of property transactions.
