Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services.

Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.

Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.

Handle objections and negotiate terms to close sales.

Maintain and update customer records and sales activity in CRM systems.

Follow up on leads and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.

Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
-
Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams for campaigns and feedback.

Provide excellent customer service and support during and after the sales process.
