Job Description
• Convince Clients for Advisory Services
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Calling and Lead Generation

Make outbound calls to potential customers using leads provided or self-sourced data.

Introduce the company’s products/services, explain features, and outline benefits tailored to the customer’s needs.

Maintain a high volume of calls daily while ensuring quality in every interaction.

Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-ups or demos as required.
2. Inbound Call Handling
-
Respond to inbound sales inquiries from prospective customers via phone, email, or online chat.

Answer questions about products, pricing, availability, and policies with confidence and professionalism.

Convert incoming inquiries into confirmed sales or appointments.
3. Sales Conversion
-
Identify customer requirements through probing and questioning techniques.

Offer suitable solutions and use persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into customers.

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
-
Close sales directly or pass qualified leads to field sales or senior sales executives where applicable.
4. Customer Relationship Management
-
Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers over phone interactions.

Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections with patience, empathy, and confidence.
-
Maintain follow-up schedules and contact existing customers to upsell or renew services.
5. Reporting and Record Keeping
-
Record all interactions, customer information, sales status, and feedback accurately in CRM systems.

Submit daily call reports, lead conversion summaries, and performance updates to the team lead or manager.

Keep logs of sales calls and outcomes for performance review and compliance.
6. Coordination and Team Collaboration
-
Work with the marketing team to understand current campaigns and promotions.

Coordinate with the customer support and product teams for accurate and updated product knowledge.

Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
