Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Sales Calls

Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or databases.

Introduce and explain the company’s products or services in a clear and engaging manner.

Generate interest and convert leads into successful sales.

Follow up with potential clients who have shown interest but have not yet purchased.
2. Inbound Sales Support
-
Handle incoming inquiries and provide detailed information about products/services.

Convert incoming leads to confirmed sales using persuasive communication and product knowledge.
3. Customer Engagement
-
Build rapport with potential and existing customers by understanding their needs and preferences.

Provide tailored solutions based on customer requirements.

Maintain ongoing communication to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
4. Sales Targets and Reporting
-
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as defined by the management.

Record all call details, lead statuses, and follow-up actions accurately in the CRM system.

Submit daily/weekly reports on lead status, conversions, and customer feedback.
5. Product Knowledge
-
Stay updated on all product features, benefits, pricing, and current promotions.

Be able to clearly and confidently answer customer questions and resolve objections.
6. Handling Objections and Rejections
-
Respond to customer objections professionally and persuasively.

Overcome resistance to buying and convert reluctant prospects into buyers.
7. Feedback and Improvement
-
Gather feedback from customers and relay insights to the sales and product teams for improvements.

Suggest ways to improve sales pitch and customer communication.
Skills and Competencies:

Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu.

Strong listening and interpersonal skills to understand and engage customers.

Persuasion and negotiation skills to close sales confidently.

High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Resilience to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
