We are seeking a motivated and confident Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, promoting products or services, handling queries, and converting leads into sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Make outbound calls to prospective customers using bank-provided databases or cold leads.
Promote and sell banking products such as savings accounts, credit cards, personal loans, and fixed deposits.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable financial products and solutions.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Calling and Lead Generation

Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to potential customers using a provided database or lead list.

Introduce company products/services, explain features and benefits clearly and concisely.

Generate interest in the product/service and convert inquiries into leads or direct sales.

Follow up on leads through callbacks, emails, or messages to nurture potential buyers.
2. Product Knowledge & Presentation

Understand the full range of products or services offered by the company.

Stay updated on pricing, promotions, offers, and competitor products.

Provide accurate information to customers regarding specifications, pricing, and payment options.

Customize communication based on customer needs and profile.
3. Sales Conversion

Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the company.

Handle objections or hesitations and persuade customers to make a purchase.

Maintain a high closing rate by using strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Upsell or cross-sell additional products/services where applicable.
4. CRM and Reporting
-
Enter and update customer data in the CRM system accurately and in real time.

Maintain call logs, notes, and sales records for reporting and performance tracking.

Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports on calls made, leads generated, and conversions.

Share feedback with management to improve calling strategies or product offerings.
5. Customer Engagement and Support

Build and maintain good relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Answer customer questions about the product or service.

Ensure a high standard of customer service is delivered at all times.

Gather market insights through customer conversations and report findings.
