Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to sell products or services, generate leads, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or cold calling.
Promote and sell company products/services.
Explain product features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
Handle customer objections and close sales over the phone.
Follow up on leads and maintain detailed records in CRM systems.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Provide accurate information about products and pricing.
Handle inbound sales inquiries when required.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Good organizational and time management skills.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
Preferred Traits:Target-driven and self-motivated.
Confident and professional phone manner.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Salary & Benefits:Basic salary plus commission/incentives.
