Telesales Executive
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication:

Handle inbound calls from prospective clients seeking loan and finance-related information.

Make outbound calls to leads generated through various marketing channels and introduce them to suitable financial products.

Explain different loan products (personal loans, business loans, mortgage, vehicle loans, etc.) and match offerings based on client requirements.

Build rapport with clients, answer their queries, and provide complete and accurate information to support decision-making.
Sales & Conversion:
-
Convert qualified leads into loan applications through effective sales pitches and needs-based solutions.

Maintain a high call volume with consistent follow-up to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Educate clients about eligibility criteria, interest rates, repayment options, and benefits of loan products.

Overcome objections, handle rejections positively, and work persistently to close deals.
Loan Application & Documentation:
-
Collect necessary customer details and verify information to begin the loan process.

Assist clients in filling out forms and gathering required documentation (ID proof, income proof, address proof, bank statements, etc.).

Submit documents through internal systems and coordinate with back-office or underwriting teams for processing.

Ensure all applications are compliant with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Record Keeping & CRM:
-
Maintain accurate records of all calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Track loan applications through the pipeline and provide status updates to clients when required.

Generate reports on call performance, lead conversion, and sales metrics for internal reviews.
