Job Summary:
The Telesales Executive is responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to sell products or services. The role involves generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to promote and sell products/services

Follow up on leads and inquiries

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Maintain accurate records of calls and sales

Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred

Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role

Excellent communication and persuasion skills

Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated

Basic computer and CRM software knowledge
