The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products or services, and persuading them to make a purchase or book an appointment. The telesales executive will play a vital role in achieving sales targets, maintaining customer satisfaction, and supporting overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided leads or database.
Explain the features, benefits, and pricing of the company’s products or services clearly and convincingly.
Answer customer queries regarding product specifications, pricing, payment terms, or delivery timelines.
Persuade potential customers to make a purchase, book a service, or attend a demo/consultation.
Maintain detailed records of each interaction in the CRM system, including customer responses and follow-up requirements.
Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the team leader or manager.
Conduct follow-up calls with interested prospects who have been contacted previously.
Handle objections and rejections professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to share customer feedback and improve campaign effectiveness.
Attend training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on products, policies, and sales techniques.
Ensure compliance with the company’s code of conduct and telecalling best practices.
