Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Sales Calling:

Make daily outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to sell products or services.

Use provided leads or databases, as well as cold calling, to identify new opportunities.

Introduce products and services clearly and effectively over the phone.
2. Lead Generation and Conversion:

Qualify leads by identifying decision-makers and understanding customer needs.

Convert qualified leads into actual sales by explaining the value proposition and answering objections.

Schedule follow-up calls and maintain contact with warm leads to build relationships and improve closing rates.
3. Customer Engagement:

Handle inquiries from potential customers, offering detailed and helpful information about offerings.

Build trust and rapport with customers by listening attentively, understanding their needs, and offering suitable solutions.

Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all conversations.
4. Sales Target Achievement:

Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the sales manager or team leader.

Provide consistent performance and strive to exceed set sales goals.
5. Record Keeping and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, sales, and customer interactions using CRM or other sales tools.

Submit daily and weekly reports on call volume, lead status, conversion rates, and feedback received.

Ensure all customer information is handled with confidentiality and in compliance with data protection regulations.
6. Collaboration with Teams:

Coordinate with marketing teams to understand current campaigns and promotions.

Collaborate with customer service and back-office teams to ensure smooth processing of orders and customer satisfaction.

Share market insights and customer feedback with product and sales teams to improve offerings.
7. Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on product features, benefits, pricing, and new launches.

Be prepared to answer technical or detailed questions during calls.

Attend training sessions to enhance sales skills and product understanding.

Excellent Verbal Communication: Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in multiple languages (if required).
