We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Telesales Executive to handle inbound and outbound sales calls, promote company products/services, and convert leads into customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to handle customer objections effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Conversion:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain product/service benefits.
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales.
- Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and emails to ensure sales closures.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Address customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure satisfaction.
Sales Reporting & Database Management:
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
- Track sales performance and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
