Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Telesales Executive to handle inbound and outbound sales calls, promote company products/services, and convert leads into customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to handle customer objections effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Conversion:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain product/service benefits.
Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales.
Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and emails to ensure sales closures.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
Address customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure satisfaction.

Sales Reporting & Database Management:

Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
Track sales performance and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
