Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and goal-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to contact potential or existing customers over the phone to inform them about products or services, generate interest, and convert leads into successful sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to handle customer objections professionally.
As a Telesales Executive, you will act as the first point of contact between the company and potential customers, making a strong impact on customer acquisition, lead generation, and sales performance. This is a target-oriented role that offers great growth opportunities in sales and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling:

Make a high volume of daily outbound calls to prospective customers using the provided database, CRM, or leads list.

Follow scripts and templates to introduce the company’s products/services in a compelling and professional manner.

Explain features, benefits, and pricing of the products to the customer to create interest.
2. Lead Generation and Conversion:

Identify customer needs and match them with suitable products or services.

Convert warm leads into sales and follow up on cold leads to generate interest.

Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
3. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain a positive rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Answer customer queries regarding product specifications, pricing, offers, and delivery timelines.

Handle objections effectively and provide alternative solutions if needed.
4. Database and Record Maintenance:

Update customer details, call outcomes, and lead status in the CRM or lead tracking system.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communication with clients.

Tag leads for follow-up, re-engagement, or escalation based on their responses.
5. Sales Reporting:

Provide daily reports of call logs, lead status, and sales performance to the Telesales Supervisor or Manager.

Share insights and customer feedback for product improvement or sales strategy adjustment.

Track your personal KPIs and actively work on improving weak areas.
6. Collaboration and Team Support:

Work closely with the marketing team for campaign alignment and promotions.

Coordinate with the field sales team or support executives to ensure seamless customer experience.

Participate in regular training sessions, meetings, and sales reviews.
