We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Sales Calls

Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database or leads list.

Introduce the company’s products or services and explain their benefits.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Convert leads into confirmed sales and achieve assigned targets.
2. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through follow-up calls and emails.

Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns effectively.

Provide detailed product/service information and resolve doubts confidently.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Sales Pitch & Negotiation

Deliver clear, engaging, and persuasive sales pitches over the phone.

Negotiate pricing, offers, and payment terms within company guidelines.

Work towards closing deals efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
4. Database & Reporting

Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system.

Track daily calls, leads, and conversion details systematically.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance and submit them to the manager.
5. Team Coordination

Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to enhance lead generation strategies.

Share customer feedback and insights to improve products, services, and campaigns.
