Job Role

Tele calling inbound and outbound Using scripts to contact both existing and prospective consumers
Collecting customer details and other pertinent data for additional sales follow-up
Keeping track of calls, sales, and other useful information
Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications
Resolving queries and issues related to the services
Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis
Suggesting solutions based on customer's needs and requirements
Managing customers and fulfilment of clients' requirements
Do daily basis updating and keep track of all active as per the manager’s guidance
Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships
Be a great Leader & Team player when your presence is required
Answering client queries about project specifications and their queries
Excellent communication & Negotiation skills
Critical thinking & Decision-making skills on required field of work
