Telesales Executive
Job Description
Handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls in a timely manner
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
Resolve product/service-related queries and issues effectively
Maintain records of customer interactions using CRM tools
Follow communication scripts and processes where applicable
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling & Lead Conversion:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or databases.

Introduce company products/services and explain features, benefits, and pricing.

Generate interest and convert leads into confirmed sales or appointments.

Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
2. Customer Handling:

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.

Build strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

Handle objections or concerns professionally and provide accurate information.
3. Sales Documentation & Follow-Up:

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM software or call logs.

Follow up on previous interactions and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.

Prepare and send proposals, quotations, or order confirmation emails when required.
4. Coordination & Team Support:

Collaborate with field sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure smooth sales operations.

Share market feedback and customer insights with the product and marketing teams.

Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews.
