Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Sales Calls:

Make daily outbound calls to prospective or existing customers using provided leads or cold calling lists.

Pitch products and services to customers in a clear, compelling manner.

Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions.
-
Convert potential leads into sales or qualified leads for the field team.
2. Inbound Query Handling:
-
Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries about the company’s offerings.

Guide customers through product features, pricing, and value propositions.
-
Address customer objections and provide accurate information to close the sale.
3. Lead Management & Follow-ups:
-
Maintain and update records of customer interactions, leads, and sales in CRM software or spreadsheets.

Schedule follow-up calls or emails to ensure ongoing engagement and lead conversion.

Ensure prompt responses to queries, concerns, or feedback.
4. Target Achievement & Reporting:
-
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as defined by the team leader or manager.

Track personal KPIs including number of calls, conversions, follow-ups, and revenue generated.

Prepare daily/weekly call and sales reports for review.
5. Customer Relationship Building:

Build rapport with customers to increase loyalty and trust.

Promote repeat sales by offering add-on products, subscriptions, or upgrades.

Encourage referrals and word-of-mouth marketing.
6. Product Knowledge & Training:

Stay updated on product specifications, benefits, promotions, and industry trends.

Participate in regular training and coaching sessions to improve selling techniques.

Understand competitor products to confidently handle comparisons and objections.
