Experience- 6 months to 2 years
Need Kannada, Telugu and Malayalam with Good English – Bangalore
1 Rotational week off between Monday to Friday.
Work Timing - 10 AM to 7PM          

Job Summary:

We are looking for highly motivated and energetic Telesales Executives to join our growing sales team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, promoting products or services, and converting inquiries into confirmed sales. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a strong drive to meet targets.

This is a full-time position with a structured training program and attractive incentives. The position also offers opportunities for long-term career growth in sales, marketing, and client relationship management.      

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling

    • Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided database or leads list.

    • Explain products or services clearly and effectively to generate interest.

    • Deliver well-prepared sales pitches customized to customer needs.

  2. Inbound Call Handling

    • Handle incoming inquiries from leads and convert them into potential customers.

    • Address customer questions, concerns, and objections confidently and professionally.

    • Record details of conversations, outcomes, and follow-ups accurately.

  3. Lead Generation and Follow-Up

    • Follow up on leads through cold calling, email, and WhatsApp (if applicable).

    • Qualify leads based on interest, purchasing ability, and need.

    • Ensure timely and consistent communication with prospects.

  4. Sales Conversion

    • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

    • Convert conversations into successful sales and track conversion ratios.

    • Process and confirm sales orders and ensure post-sale support where needed.

  5. CRM and Reporting

    • Maintain accurate and updated customer information in CRM tools.

    • Generate reports on calls made, sales closed, and leads status.

    • Collaborate with team leaders and managers to improve sales strategies.

  6. Customer Engagement

    • Provide an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.

    • Identify customer pain points and align the product/service as a solution.

    • Foster long-term relationships by ensuring satisfaction and follow-ups.

  7. Market Feedback

    • Gather feedback from customers and report trends to improve offerings.

    • Stay informed about competing products and industry changes.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary). Graduates preferred but not mandatory.

  • Experience: Freshers with good communication skills are welcome. Prior telesales, BPO, or customer service experience is an added advantage.

  • Language: Fluency in Kannada, Telugu and Malayalam with Good English. Multilingual skills are a bonus.

  • Skills:

    • Strong verbal communication and listening skills

    • Confidence and persuasive speaking ability

    • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)

    • Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure
