Job Summary
The Telesales Executive will be responsible for contacting potential customers, pitching our rental services, handling inquiries, and closing deals over the phone. The role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to meet sales targets.
*RESPONSIBILITIES -*
• To Work on Qualified Leads (in Internal Portal), received & entered by Tele-Calling Team.
• To Work on Qualified Leads (in Internal Portal), received & entered by Tele-Calling Team.
• Understanding Customer’s Requirements in detail to arrive at Rate Quotation. Suggest suitable vehicle options that best suit their needs (Individual & Corporate Clients).
• Convert Enquiries into Booking by Convincing Customers in professional Manner.
• Responsible for End-to-End Service to Customers i.e. Rate Quotation, follow-up, Conversion into Booking & On-Journey Support till Trip completion.
• Manage Internal Systems, Documentation & Creating Sales Reports.
Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to handle high-volume calls and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) and MS Office.
