Job Description
· Place phone calls to potential clients from our computerized directory
- Answer potential clients’ questions about home improvement projects or goals
- Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates’ schedules
- Maintain computer, telephone and other equipment
- Train other telemarketers when required
- Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff
- Refer customer complaints to supervisor for quality control
- Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. Identify prospects' needs and introduce suitable products or services.

Product Promotion: Clearly explain the features, benefits, and pricing of products or services. Answer any questions the customer may have and provide complete information.

Sales Conversion: Convince customers to purchase or subscribe. Achieve or exceed sales targets and conversion goals set by the company.

Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-up calls to potential or existing customers to build relationships and encourage repeat business.

Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions using CRM software or company databases.

Objection Handling: Listen to customer concerns or hesitations patiently, and provide persuasive and satisfactory responses to close the sale.

Feedback Collection: Gather feedback on products, services, or campaigns and relay it to the management team for improvement.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve overall sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
