Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Sales Calls:

Make outbound telephone calls to prospective customers from provided leads or cold-call lists.

Present products or services persuasively to generate interest and secure sales.

Follow a structured script where appropriate, but adapt to the conversation flow as needed.
2. Inbound Sales Inquiries:

Handle inbound calls and respond to product inquiries from interested customers.

Provide accurate information and guide the customer through the sales process.

Convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
3. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Understand customer needs and tailor product offerings accordingly.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
4. Sales Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.

Work closely with the sales manager to implement sales strategies and improve performance.

Participate in promotional or marketing campaigns designed to boost sales.
5. Product Knowledge:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and competitor offerings.

Clearly and effectively communicate product benefits, features, and pricing to customers.
6. Objection Handling and Negotiation:

Respond confidently to customer objections and concerns with clear explanations.

Use negotiation skills to close deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Remain polite, respectful, and professional in all interactions.
7. Record Keeping and Reporting:

Accurately update customer details, call outcomes, and sales information in CRM or databases.

Prepare regular reports on call volume, sales conversion rates, and revenue generated.

Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer preferences, and potential improvements.
