Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Sales Calling:

Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.

Promote and sell products or services by clearly explaining their features, benefits, and pricing.

Use sales scripts and structured call guides to handle customer interactions professionally.

Tailor sales pitches to customer needs and concerns to maximize conversion.
2. Lead Generation and Qualification:

Identify potential leads and qualify them based on predefined criteria.

Record and update all customer data accurately in CRM or telesales software.

Follow up with leads via phone, email, or SMS to nurture them through the sales funnel.

Route complex queries to senior sales executives or field sales representatives when needed.
3. Sales Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and revenue targets.

Take responsibility for conversion ratios, lead closure, and campaign performance.

Participate in promotional campaigns, new product launches, or special offers to boost sales numbers.
4. Customer Interaction and Objection Handling:

Build rapport with prospects and maintain a positive relationship throughout the call.

Listen actively to customer objections and respond with persuasive reasoning.

Demonstrate product value and overcome hesitation through clear and confident communication.

Maintain professionalism and patience even during challenging interactions.
5. Record Keeping and Reporting:

Maintain call logs, lead status updates, and sales performance data accurately.

Prepare daily and weekly reports for team leaders or managers.

Track feedback from prospects and customers to help improve sales scripts and processes.

Ensure all activities are logged in CRM systems, spreadsheets, or portals.
6. Coordination and Teamwork:

Coordinate with marketing teams for lead inputs and campaign alignment.

Collaborate with customer service, field sales, or technical teams for smooth onboarding of clients.

Participate in team huddles, performance reviews, training sessions, and process improvement initiatives.
