Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Telesales Executive to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. An effective telesales executive must be an excellent communicator with people skills, patience, and persistence.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
Understand customer needs and offer solutions or products that meet their requirements.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Follow up with existing and potential customers to close deals.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Handle customer questions, objections, and complaints in a professional manner.
Provide detailed information about products/services and pricing.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall sales strategies.
Stay informed about product features, industry trends, and competitors.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
