Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate and close sales through inbound and outbound calls. The Telesales Executive will promote and sell products or services, handle customer queries, follow up on leads, and work towards achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication and persuasive skills, a passion for sales, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Sales Calls:

Make daily outbound calls to prospective customers to promote the company’s products or services.

Understand customer requirements and pitch appropriate products or services.

Use provided sales scripts to ensure consistent and effective communication.

Establish rapport with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
2. Inbound Calls & Lead Qualification:

Handle inbound calls from customers inquiring about products or services.

Provide detailed product information, address queries, and offer tailored solutions.

Qualify leads based on customer needs and interest, and direct them to the appropriate sales process.
3. Sales Conversion & Targets:

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets set by the sales team or management.

Effectively close sales deals and upsell or cross-sell products to customers.

Process customer orders, guide them through the purchasing process, and ensure a smooth transaction.
4. Customer Follow-Up:

Follow up with previous leads or customers to ensure satisfaction and explore additional sales opportunities.

Reconnect with cold leads and nurture them into potential customers.
5. Customer Relationship Management:

Build strong relationships with customers to maintain a long-term business partnership.

Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Record customer interactions, follow-up activities, and sales outcomes in the CRM system.
6. Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of sales activities, leads, calls, and customer communications.

Report on sales performance, lead conversions, and target achievements to the sales manager or team leader.

Ensure that all sales documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
7. Market Feedback & Product Knowledge:

Provide valuable feedback to the product and marketing teams regarding customer preferences, product performance, and market trends.

Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and competitor activity to effectively pitch products.
