Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Resolve customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Maintain call records and update CRM systems.

• Meet daily/weekly targets for call handling and quality.

Requirements

• 12th pass/Graduate (freshers and experienced both can apply).

• Good verbal communication skills in English/Hindi (or regional language as required).

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
