Job Description
1. Outbound Sales Calls:

Make a high volume of outgoing calls daily to potential or existing customers using an auto-dialer or manual calling system.

Present, promote, and sell products/services using persuasive scripts and sales techniques.

Clearly communicate product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to generate interest and close sales.

Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, online inquiries, or referrals.
2. Customer Interaction & Relationship Building:

Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging, and informative conversations.

Answer questions about products, services, or promotions confidently and accurately.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.

Handle customer objections effectively by providing clear explanations and reassurance.

Maintain a positive and helpful tone at all times, representing the company professionally.
3. Sales Conversion & Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by management.

Track and report on conversion rates, call performance, and customer responses.

Close sales efficiently and accurately, ensuring that the order or registration process is completed smoothly.

Upsell or cross-sell additional products and services where relevant.
4. CRM & Documentation:

Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, call outcomes, and follow-up schedules using a CRM system.

Update the customer database regularly with new information, sales status, and notes.

Generate reports on sales activities and results for submission to the team leader or sales manager.
5. Follow-Up and After-Sales Support:

Conduct follow-up calls with interested or previously contacted customers to convert leads into sales.

Provide after-sales service by answering questions, assisting with onboarding, and resolving basic post-sale issues.

Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring a smooth transition from telesales to delivery/support teams.
6. Collaboration and Team Support:

Work closely with marketing, support, and product teams to provide customer feedback and improve offerings.

Participate in regular team meetings to discuss targets, challenges, and sales strategies.

Share insights and best practices with peers to contribute to the success of the team.
