Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company.

  • Explain Vistonia's services clearly and persuasively.

  • Understand the needs of business owners and suggest suitable solutions.

  • Schedule consultations or meetings for senior advisors.

  • Follow up with interested leads regularly.

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and lead status.

  • Achieve daily and weekly call targets and conversions.

  • Maintain a professional and friendly tone on calls.

Requirements:
  • Fluent communication in Marathi and Hindi (basic English is a plus).

  • Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.

  • Confident, polite, and clear speaking ability.

  • Basic understanding of business, startups, or marketing (training provided).

  • Prior telecalling or customer interaction experience is a bonus.
