Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Calling & Lead Conversion

Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospects or leads provided by the company.

Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid sales scripts and persuasion techniques.

Understand customer needs and offer solutions based on product features and benefits.

Convert potential leads into confirmed customers through consistent follow-ups.
2. Customer Relationship Management

Build trust and rapport with customers through engaging communication and active listening.

Handle queries, objections, or concerns professionally and provide appropriate information or resolutions.

Maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
3. Database & CRM Management
-
Accurately update customer information and call outcomes in the CRM or sales tracking software.

Maintain clean and organized records for follow-ups and sales reporting.

Identify and tag high-potential leads for future conversion efforts.
4. Target Achievement

Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and performance targets.

Work closely with the sales team and manager to align on campaign goals and strategic approaches.

Participate in sales meetings and provide feedback on lead quality or campaign effectiveness.
5. Campaign Participation

Support promotional campaigns, new product launches, and limited-time offers by reaching out to target audiences.

Participate in outbound telecalling drives for cross-selling or upselling existing customers.
6. Coordination & Reporting

Collaborate with the field sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Submit daily and weekly performance reports, including call logs, conversion rates, and customer feedback.

Share insights on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
