A Telesales Executive is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to sell products or services, generate leads, and close sales. Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling & Lead Generation:

Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided databases or cold calling.

Introduce products/services, explain features and benefits, and generate interest.

Identify prospects and create opportunities for follow-up or direct sales.
2. Sales Conversion:

Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products/services.

Answer questions about products, pricing, or policies to influence buying decisions.

Close sales over the phone and record transaction details accurately.
3. Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain a strong follow-up system with prospects and existing customers.
