● Present our products or services to potential customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition.
● Build rapport and engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
● Record and update customer information, inquiries, and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
● Listening to customers’ needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
● Helping customers determine which product features are most important and how those features can be applied to solve problems or meet specific requirements.
Requirements:
● Minimum: 1 year experience in customer handling, product consulting, product management ,or similar role.
● Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice.
● Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles is preferred.
● Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers over the phone.
● Proficiency in English and Hindi
