Job Description: We are seeking Telesales Executive - Personal Loans, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential customers, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored loan solutions.
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement:
Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and explain personal loan products.
Build rapport with customers by understanding their financial requirements and providing relevant information
2. Sales Pitch:
Effectively communicate the features and benefits of personal loans to potential customers.
Customize sales pitches based on the customer's financial profile and needs.
3. Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about the personal loan products and services offered by the company.
Clearly explain terms, conditions, and eligibility criteria to customers.
4. Lead Generation:
Proactively identify and qualify potential leads for personal loans.
Maintain a pipeline of prospects and follow up on leads generated through various channels.
5. Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Implement sales strategies to maximize conversion rates and achieve revenue goals.
6. Documentation:
Assist customers in completing the necessary documentation for loan applications.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer information and paperwork.
7. Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
8. Compliance:
Adhere to all regulatory requirements and ethical standards in selling personal loan products.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
9. Reporting:
Provide regular reports on sales activities, conversion rates, and pipeline status.
Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and improve overall performance.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in telesales, with a focus on personal loans or financial products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and articulate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
