Job Title: Telesales Executive - Real Estate 

Location: Chrompet, Chennai

In this role, you’ll connect clients with their dream homes, navigate market trends, and deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. Job Responsibilities and Tasks: 
Telecalling : Tap the potential leads, understanding the client needs, providing property details and fix site visits.                     
Accompany : Sometimes accompany the client to the site. For each sale closure - The best in the market - Incentive will be awarded.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation and Calling

  • Call potential leads received through marketing campaigns, online portals, and referrals.

  • Pitch available residential or commercial properties to prospective buyers.

  • Ask relevant questions to understand client requirements, such as budget, preferred location, property type, etc.

2. Client Engagement

  • Explain features, pricing, project timelines, and other key details about the properties.

  • Resolve initial doubts or objections and convince clients to schedule a site visit.

  • Maintain a friendly and professional tone in all interactions to build trust and rapport.

3. Site Visit Coordination

  • Book and confirm appointments for site visits with interested clients.

  • Coordinate with field sales executives, site managers, and transport (if provided) to ensure smooth visits.

  • Sometimes, accompany the client to the project site to provide support and increase conversion chances.

4. Follow-Up and Conversion Support

  • Conduct timely follow-ups with clients after the visit to gather feedback and encourage decision-making.

  • Coordinate with the sales or closing team to finalize the deal and track progress.

  • Update CRM or sales records with client status, interaction history, and next follow-up action.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate daily call logs, lead status reports, and conversion records.

  • Share performance updates and client feedback with the team leader or manager.

6. Incentives & Target Achievement

  • Strive to meet or exceed monthly call volume, appointment setting, and sales targets.

  • For every deal closed due to your lead conversion, you will receive the best-in-market incentives, recognizing your contribution to revenue generation.
