Job Responsibilities and Tasks:
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation and Calling

Call potential leads received through marketing campaigns, online portals, and referrals.

Pitch available residential or commercial properties to prospective buyers.

Ask relevant questions to understand client requirements, such as budget, preferred location, property type, etc.
2. Client Engagement

Explain features, pricing, project timelines, and other key details about the properties.

Resolve initial doubts or objections and convince clients to schedule a site visit.

Maintain a friendly and professional tone in all interactions to build trust and rapport.
3. Site Visit Coordination
-
Book and confirm appointments for site visits with interested clients.

Coordinate with field sales executives, site managers, and transport (if provided) to ensure smooth visits.

Sometimes, accompany the client to the project site to provide support and increase conversion chances.
4. Follow-Up and Conversion Support
-
Conduct timely follow-ups with clients after the visit to gather feedback and encourage decision-making.

Coordinate with the sales or closing team to finalize the deal and track progress.

Update CRM or sales records with client status, interaction history, and next follow-up action.
5. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate daily call logs, lead status reports, and conversion records.

Share performance updates and client feedback with the team leader or manager.
6. Incentives & Target Achievement

Strive to meet or exceed monthly call volume, appointment setting, and sales targets.
