- Every day 9 hrs working
- Salary - Upto 15.5K(Fixed), plus sales incentivesIncentives schemes are very attractive; can earn incentives more than your salary
- Calling out customer and making a sales pitch for paid memberships.
- Responsible for achieving daily and monthly collection target for the region.
- Calling up members and explaining the benefits of Shaadi.com product and services
- Making outbound calls to Shaadi.com free registered members and selling them paid memberships.
- Following the defined sales process to convert Enquiries into members.
- Handling telephonic and Walk-in Enquiries at the centre.
- Following-up with Enquiries not converted
