Roles and Responsibilities:

Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.

Answer questions about products or the company

Understand customer requirements and close sales

Have good command over English and Hindi Language.

Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.

Handling & Providing solution customer queries.

Handle Customer's Inbound And Outbound Calls. Solving Queries, Telling Them About Products / Offers / Services.

Preference will be given to candidate who are willing to communicate in Main Telugu, Additional English, Hindi, etc..

Minimum 6months - 3 years.
