JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Sales Executive / Senior Sales Counsellor Mode: Work From Home (WFH) / Work From Office (WFO) Office Location: Office 1B and 2), 4th Floor, Elante Mall, Corporate Office Suites, Unit 402 A, Phase 1, Industrial Area Phase I, Chandigarh – 160002 Working Days: 6 Days a Week Timings: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM Break: 1 Hour (Fixed) Company Overview Eat More Lose More is a fast-growing nutrition and wellness brand focused on sustainable weight loss through personalized, evidence-based diet programs. Digital Presence:  YouTube: Eat More Lose More  Website: Job Overview We are seeking result-driven Sales Executives and Senior Sales Counsellors to sell diet and nutrition plans through consultation-based selling. The role involves engaging warm leads, understanding client health goals, and converting inquiries into paid diet plan programs. Key Responsibilities  Consult warm leads for diet and nutrition plans.  Understand client needs and recommend suitable diet programs.  Convert inquiries into paid clients through effective counselling and closing.  Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.  Maintain professional communication and high client satisfaction.  Update TT (Talk Time) and DRR (Daily Run Rate) daily.  Maintain a minimum of 3 hours daily Talk Time (TT) – Mandatory.  Make a minimum of 120 calls per day – Mandatory.  Attend and manage assigned 1-on-1 consultation calls. Work Policy  Role available for both WFH and WFO.  Daily completion of TT (3 Hours – Talk Time), DRR (Daily Run Rate), and 120 calls is mandatory.  Failure to meet TT, DRR, call count, or assigned targets may result in extended working hours.  Strict adherence to reporting, performance metrics, and company policies is required. Requirements  Minimum 1 year of sales experience is mandatory.  Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills.  Experience in diet plan / health / wellness sales is preferred.  Target-driven, disciplined, and self-motivated, especially for WFH roles.  Ability to manage high call volumes and close sales effectively.
