Responsibilities:
- Support the processes via phone calls to the customers/Clients
- Introducing the organization's services to clients in order to follow up with further steps of the process
- Initiating repeated follow up phone calls after the client interaction
- Carrying out research on how to address customers
- Enter and update client information in the database
- Take and process in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Go the “extra mile” to meet Target and facilitate future records
- Keep records of calls and reports and note useful information
