Sales Scripts: Using prepared scripts to guide conversations and ensure consistent messaging.
Closing Deals: Attempting to close sales over the phone and achieve sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and information in CRM systems.
Follow-up: Following up with leads and customers to nurture relationships and close deals.
