Key responsibilities
  • Outbound calling: Make calls to potential and existing customers to introduce products/services and generate leads. 
  • Sales and pitching: Persuade customers to buy products or services, using sales scripts and adapting pitches to customer needs. 
  • Customer engagement: Build rapport, answer product-related questions, and handle customer inquiries and objections. 
  • Sales management: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue goals. 
  • Data management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and customer information in a CRM system. 
  • Lead qualification: Qualify leads and direct them to the field sales team when they are ready to buy.
