Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Personal Loan Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, pitching, and closing personal loan cases while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through calls, references, and field work
Explain personal loan products to customers
Handle end-to-end loan processing (login to disbursement)
Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for approvals
Collect and verify customer documents
Achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain customer database and follow-ups
Ensure compliance with company policies and banking norms

Required Skills:

Good communication and convincing skills
Knowledge of personal loan products
Experience in BFSI / Loan Sales
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools)
Target-driven and self-motivated

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduation (Any stream)
1–2 years experience in Personal Loan / Loan Sales
Experience with banks or DSAs preferred
