Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation and Customer Outreach

Contact potential customers through outbound calls based on leads provided by the company.

Understand customer needs, health concerns, and lifestyle patterns before suggesting products.

Follow up with leads, maintain engagement, and convert inquiries into sales.

Manage a healthy pipeline of prospects to meet sales targets.
2. Product Promotion and Information Sharing

Provide detailed knowledge about Ayurvedic products, including:

Herbal formulations
-
Supplements and tonics
-
Skin, hair, and wellness products
-
Immunity boosters and detoxifiers

Highlight key benefits, natural ingredients, and Ayurvedic principles behind each product.

Educate customers about dosage, usage guidelines, and precautions.
3. Sales and Conversion
-
Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Use persuasive selling techniques while maintaining a customer-first approach.

Cross-sell and upsell products based on customer health needs.
-
Handle objections effectively and provide convincing product explanations.
4. Customer Relationship Management

Build long-term customer relationships by offering personalized health solutions.

Resolve customer queries, complaints, and return requests promptly.

Maintain an updated database of customer interactions and purchase history.

Encourage repeat purchases and loyalty by offering exclusive deals and packages.
5. Coordination and Reporting

Work closely with the marketing and product teams to stay updated on new product launches and campaigns.

Report daily call performance, sales data, and customer feedback to the team leader.

Suggest improvements based on customer insights to enhance product offerings.
Required Skills and Competencies

Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages.

Ability to explain Ayurvedic concepts clearly and confidently.

2. Sales and Persuasion Skills

4. Customer Service Orientation
