Job Description
Job Overview:
We are looking for an energetic, goal-oriented, and results-driven Telesales Manager to lead and manage our telesales team. As a Telesales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of telesales representatives, developing and executing sales strategies, and ensuring that the team consistently meets or exceeds sales targets. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue through outbound calls, managing customer relationships, and ensuring that the team delivers high-quality service to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telesales leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve both individual and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership & Management:

Team Supervision: Lead, manage, and support a team of telesales agents, ensuring they meet their individual and team goals.

Recruitment & Training: Hire, train, and onboard new telesales representatives. Ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools, scripts, and product knowledge to succeed.

Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and evaluate individual and team performance. Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and support to improve performance.

Motivation & Engagement: Create a positive and motivating work environment to inspire the telesales team. Celebrate successes and address challenges to keep the team engaged and focused.
2. Sales Strategy Development:

Strategy Formulation: Develop and implement telesales strategies that align with company goals, maximizing conversion rates, and improving customer satisfaction.

Sales Forecasting: Create sales forecasts and set monthly/quarterly/yearly targets for the telesales team.

Market Analysis: Analyze customer feedback and market trends to adapt sales strategies to meet changing customer needs or industry conditions.

Target Setting: Set clear, realistic, and measurable sales targets for the team and individuals to ensure consistent sales growth.
3. Lead Generation & Conversion:

Lead Management: Oversee the process of lead generation, qualification, and assignment to telesales agents. Ensure that quality leads are distributed to the team.

Outbound Sales: Develop and execute outbound sales campaigns, ensuring that the team effectively reaches out to prospects and generates leads.

Close Deals: Ensure that telesales agents are skilled in closing deals and converting prospects into customers. Handle escalated calls and complex inquiries that require more attention.
4. Reporting & Analytics:

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, targets, and outcomes. Report on team performance regularly to senior management.

KPIs & Metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, conversion rates, average deal size, and customer satisfaction. Use these metrics to improve processes and performance.

Continuous Improvement: Analyze sales trends, performance data, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in telesales strategies and processes.
5. Customer Relationship Management:

Client Engagement: Ensure that the team maintains positive relationships with customers, following up on inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Retention Strategies: Implement strategies to retain customers and encourage repeat business.

Cross-selling & Upselling: Encourage the telesales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, enhancing customer value and driving revenue.
6. Collaboration with Other Departments:

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and other departments to align telesales efforts with broader company initiatives.

Feedback Loop: Provide regular feedback to product and marketing teams about customer responses, objections, and sales trends to help refine offerings and campaigns.
