Job Description
- Great opportunity for Experienced candidates, who have at least few months of selling experience over the Phone or Face-to-face of Insurance products or Credit Cards.
- Urgent Hiring & Immediate placement for Experienced candidates in Insurance sector as well as Credit Cards.
- We are hiring only experienced Candidates, who have at least few months of selling experience of Insurance products or Credit cards.
- We are dealing with different Financial Products, mainly Insurance(GI, LI, Health etc etc.) and Credit cards.
- We provide On The Job training to the selected candidates for a week's time.
- Experienced candidates should have sound knowledge and soft skills in Tele-calling job role, especially in insurance or credit cards.
- Should have sound knowledge of the current Financial market condition in order to deal with the prospective customers'.
- Candidate should be min. H.S. Pass with good Verbal Communication skill & Convincing skill.
- Candidate should be well aware of the Selling techniques over the call and should be target oriented.
- Relationship Building, Problem solving and decision making skills required.
- Communicative Language required: Fluency in Bengali & Hindi.
- Salary is no bar for the right candidate.

- Starting Salary for freshers: 7 K-8 K(in hand)+incentives.
- For experienced candidates hike on present salary or last drawn and they can also opt for higher designation.
- Fixed Day shift job(Timing:-9:30 Am-6:30 Pm)

- Salary is always paid on time(10th of every month)
- Working days:-6 days in a week(Sunday Fixed off)
