Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Telesales Representative to engage with potential customers over the phone, promote products/services, and close sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a target-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Engagement

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain and promote products/services to generate sales.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Lead Generation & Follow-up

Identify and qualify sales leads through calls and databases.
Follow up with customers to ensure high conversion rates.
Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.

CRM & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details.
Use CRM software to track leads, interactions, and follow-ups.
Provide feedback and insights to improve sales strategies.

Handling Objections & Closing Deals

Address customer concerns and objections professionally.
Use negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle basic after-sales support.
